In no event shall ConverseAI be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with the use of our Services. If, despite the limitations stated above, ConverseAI becomes liable for any damage or loss associated with your use of the Services, such liability will not exceed the amount paid by you for accessing or using our Services.
We value your privacy and handle your personal data and information according to the applicable laws. This data is treated confidentially and securely stored. All data is processed exclusively within the EU data zone to ensure compliance with European data protection regulations.
We use trusted third-party service providers (including Microsoft Azure, solely in the EU data zone) to deliver our transcription and analysis services. These providers process your data on our behalf under strict data processing agreements and are prohibited from using your data for any other purpose. By using our Services, you consent to this processing.
We will not share your personal information with any other third parties for marketing or unrelated purposes without your express consent, except as required by law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ConverseAI, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, including attorney's fees, arising out of your use of our Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of the rights of a third party.
ConverseAI reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability.
ConverseAI does not offer refunds for purchases made through our Services. We offer a free trial of our application, so you can evaluate our Services before making a purchase.
These Terms shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands for any disputes arising from these Terms.
ConverseAI may modify these Terms at any time. We will post any changes on this page, and your continued use of the Service means you accept such changes.
